Shipping policy

Free shipping within the United States.

Most of our orders ship out the next business day and are small enough to ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) via Priority Mail or 1st Class Package Service to arrive in a few days once they are delivered to the Post Office. Upon shipping of your order, you will receive an automated email with the tracking number.

On occasion, larger orders and Knee Scooters will drop ship directly from the manufacturer via UPS or FedEx Ground.
