We as a company will not be held responsible for orders denied or returned to us in the shipping process due to faulty information provided by you the customer into our website.

All orders are typically shipped out in 1 to 2 business days.  During peak times this might vary. Orders are shipped via USPS and/or UPS. Once an order in shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
