Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. A few of our manufactures do offer 100% satisfaction guarantees, please consult their website directly. We do not supply return shipping labels.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging/box. The Foot and Ankle Store will decide if an item is used or looks used and is available for a return at our sole discretion.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.  If the item is not returnable, it will be listed in the item description.

Cold therapy machines and parts are not returnable.

Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, any topicals, some health and personal care items.

To complete your return, we require the receipt from your original purchase. Please include a copy of your phone number so that we may contact you if there are any issues.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless you have contacted them directly and the manufacturer has allowed its return.

Please send your return packaged appropriately. 

Any return of footwear that is sent only in the original display footwear box and not repackaged with an outside box or poly bag will not be accepted and your refund will be denied.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.  Please note the some banks hold refunds for 3-10 business days before a credit arrives on your account.  Please include a copy of your phone number so that we may contact you if there are any issues.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time (3-10 business days)  before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at ehryzan@partners.org

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  Please include a copy of your phone number so that we may contact you if there are any issues. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ehryzan@partners.org and send your item to:

Shipping (if applicable)

To return your product, you should mail your product to the above address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please send your return packaged appropriately.

Any return of footwear that is sent only in the original display footwear box and not repackaged with an outside box or poly bag will not be accepted and your refund will be denied.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
